Debut album Joy! Singer Songwriter Joyce van Boven

My debut album will be released on November 4.
This fulfills a long cherished wish.

The album will be titled Joy! along, which means joy. The lyrics are written by my husband Elbert and me and come from personal experiences. Joy! contains 10 songs. These are about the beautiful and difficult moments in life, about feelings of joy, but also sadness and powerlessness. Experiences that everyone goes through in life.

All this makes it a pure and sincere whole with room for personal interpretation of the listener.  I therefore hope that you will find recognition in the texts and that you will find support from them, but that you will also be stimulated by the themes that are mentioned.

Central to the songs is the closeness of God through all circumstances, and the promise He gives of eternal life in His presence.
The album has its own style and goes from beautifully sensitive ballads to contemporary up-tempo worship songs, which makes it a versatile and balanced album.

The official presentation of the album in the form of a concert is on Saturday 4 November in the Vredeskerk in Wezep  and starts at 7:30 PM.
Admission is free including coffee and cake. You are welcome.

Joy! is available immediately after the presentation at the sales tables in the hall or here You can already pre-order the album after which you will receive the album free of charge after November 4th.
