What do we do with your data?

Joycevanbovenmusic.com stores and processes your data for the following purposes:

  • Collect and analyze statistics in order to optimize the website;

  • Providing the products and services that you purchase from us; Think of buying an album or booking a performance

  • Settlement of payments; This is information we need to  invoice to you for a performance or an album

How long do we keep your data

We keep the data until the payment of a product has been made. After that, it will be deleted within two months with the exception of the data on our digital invoices  to stand. Legally, these must remain in our records for 7 years and are then destroyed. Our bookkeeper is the only other person who gets these invoices. There is a processing agreement with him. This information is not provided by him to third parties.

We do not store data from customers for whom we act in other places.

The details of parties with whom there are longer ongoing and recurring contacts are kept in an address book. Think of musicians and organizations with whom we have regular contact.

These are also only accessible for joycevanbovenmusic.com and are not used for other purposes

For album sales we keep a stock list, of those whose addresses are known, this is filled in on this list to get as complete a picture as possible and to be able to submit it for the administration. At a performance it happens that people pay cash without data, but also that people take an album and pay for it later. These people fill in their details so that we can contact you if the payment is not made. This information is on the stock list as well as the online sales/shipping addresses.

Nothing further happens with this list. This list is only accessible by joycevanbovenmusic.com and for personal administration.
